Not only emphasizing quality in services and products, Decathlon also focuses on investing in human resources, starting with the personnel recruitment process – a crucial key to Decathlon's success.

Understanding the customer's needs, FIS provides the PeopleX Hiring software solution, aiming to digitize the entire personnel recruitment process at the customer's organization. Specifically, by implementing the PeopleX Hiring software, Decathlon Vietnam's HR department can optimize the recruitment process, improve efficiency through automation and integration of advanced candidate management tools. The software also provides a modern recruitment portal that makes it easy for candidates to apply and track the process. Additionally, the software offers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for both candidates and recruiters.

In response, FIS representative Mr. Dang Truong Thach shared: “FIS is honored to be selected by Decathlon as the PeopleX Hiring software implementation partner. We believe this will be a comprehensive digital platform to support Decathlon's recruitment department in managing the candidate recruitment lifecycle effectively, providing a seamless experience for all parties. I hope this collaboration will open up more opportunities for future technology solution deployments to help Decathlon Vietnam enhance its competitiveness.”

The new recruitment platform developed by FIS will be equipped with the latest technologies to support businesses in the recruitment process. Specifically, the platform will include: a professional online recruitment portal, helping businesses build an attractive employer brand; an intelligent candidate management system, allowing businesses to collect, store, and analyze candidate data effectively; advanced AI technology for resume screening and candidate evaluation; and integration with eTesting systems, helping to build and link tests into the recruitment process to accurately assess candidate skills and competencies.

The project is scheduled to be implemented over three months at the customer's office, with a go-live date of January 17, 2025.
